چکیده
the textile industry has long been one of the largest of water users and nolluters and there has been little success in developing low cost treatment methods , which the industry urgently needs to lessen the pollution loads it discharges to streams. the obiective of this preparatory study was to determinen the effects o f coagulants and aid coagulant s as alum, ferrous sulfate , ferric sulfate , ferric chloride, copper sulfate , magnesium oxide, lime, semnan bentonite clay ,u.s . montmorlyte clay, chlorine and a inoionic polyelectrolyte on colour removal of textile-dye waste. the results presented in this study indicated that generally cannot introduce a specific coagulant for color removal of textile wastewater. each coagulant, when used with a specific waste, has its own optimum isoelectric point which must be determined experimentally.
